I think the company was Moonlight Stables? They were great. Good if you've had enough of walks and want something different. I love lastminute.com.au! Especially since you can get deals on there when it's not even the last minute! Are you planning on doing any of the extreme stuff while you're visiting? (I recommend the K Bridge bungy & Canyon Swing, hee.) Not sure on accomodation, but there are plenty of places there.
