Despite not feeling up to it (completely emo and off), I felt that it was the best thing to do and threw myself into heading out into town last night. So after settling on wearing a short sparly silver dress because I felt just as good in that as anything else, and it IS christmas, afterall, we went into Garema place to start off. Started with dinner and drinks at Mama’s Trattoria (mm finished with a divine Tira Misu that was so rich I only work about halfway through before passing it on to Matt to finish), then Rish and I wandered off to find ourselves a place to boogie - Mooseheads it was.

My feet were killing me, so we had short bursts on the dancefloor, during which time I impressed and scared Rish with my knowledge of the lyrics to the latest pop and RnB that has been playing on channel V whileat the gym. In the time between dances, I sipped on my vodka and raspberries and started critiquing the crowd.

As in most nightclubs, there was a large number of girls in short tight black or white shorts, or cute little dresses. There was the pinned up fringe. And then there were the skunks. Skank (with an a) is a word often used in an Australian night club. But skunk it was tonight. Sporting the apparently in-fashion blach-blonde hair on top and brown-black underneath, there seemed like there were masses of girls wiht this colour, in differing lengths. the shorter ones were the worst. *shudders* “There’s another!”, I shreik and point out, oh so obvious. But seriously, they were nice looking girls (most of them anyway) but they’d done somethign terrible to their hair *cries*

(That photo is probably tamer than alot of the girls last night… like I said, the sorter it was, the more horrible it got!)
