Rip…
So today I had the misfortune to head out on a home visit just as it was bucketing with rain (downpour ended shortly after) and I ripped my left thumbnail to shreds picking my mege street directory off the backseat. Blood. There was a fair bit of blood. Not the end of the world, and SO glad I have random stashes of band-aids around the car for such emergencies.
I also have sultanas in the glove box. Need to eat them or throw them out.
But a good day. Despite there being rapidly alternating downpours and sunshine whenever I looked out the window. So surprised they managed a result at Manuka oval today!
A meetings day tomorrow - first full all of staff meeting in over six months, complete with new senior manager. Should be fun! :D
