The Theory Is
- I Stay home from work today
- I get a few more hours sleep
- I take my antibiotics
- I drink so much water
- and I continue that on the weekend
- By MOnday, I’ll feel great and facing the kids at work and the prospect of talking all day without drying out and feeling pain and losing my voice won’t be a problem at all
This year I’ve already gone home early on too many days. That eats into my flex time and messes with my body mroe because I’ve pushed it further usually that I ought to have.
So today, I sleep.
