I don't really like coke zero... It might be that I'm used to the taste of the diet coke... and have drunk it since I was a kid. Whereas I haven't drunk much "real" coke in my time (prefer a lemoande, fanta, or reddrink) so don't really seek out that taste in the sugar free substitute.

And caffine free? heh. I'll stick to the water instead if that's my only option!

perhaps if you have a problem with caffeine you could switch to (gold) Caffeine free diet coke? I find it has a similar taste to Coke Zero. I say that because I like Zero, and can drink it all day, but only drink Diet Coke under sufference. I like gold Diet Coke though

me, i'm a coffee freak. I couldn't give up coffee.

I'm with the doctors on cutting back the Coke and even Diet Coke, but I'm not going to give up my morning cup of steaming hot "go juice"! I did that when I was going through cancer treatment last year and it was terrible. Not having my morning coffee was worse than getting chemotherapy!
Besides, there are actually some studies that suggest the bioflavinoids in coffee are beneficial, when taken in moderation.
