A Month Off

After mindlessly eating my second Freddo Frog, (after already having my “treat” of cake that day”) I decided, That’s it – I need another month without chocolate.
And it’s decided.
No chocolate for me (or Rish – he’s in on it too) until the evening of September 27.
A month off chocolate.
Help us all.

You realise that’s just going to result in you binging at the end of the month?
I did it in the lead up to christmas last year, didn’t actually feel any more like chocolate by the end of it :p
