Getting it Down

Rish took me out to do some sprints across the fotty field behind the hospital last night… Nothing too extreme – just 18 runs across the field, slow for the first 5, medium for the next 5, fast for the next 5, and then full out for the last three.

Been a little while since I’d done them, so I started off with a light 18 seconds.. getting it down to 13.22 for the last one. Apparently my running style is much less unco than it used to be.

Plus I made the jog there and back without any whinging. So much fitter!

*grins*

(but gah! I’m so sore!)

Getting there! Felt so sluggish today at the gym. But getting there!
