About quality running shoes, I bought a pair of asics quite recently from a shoe shop at canberra center (can’t remember which) and I reckon they’re fantastic!!! Very good support and takes care of the knees.
My shoes are doing me fine for the moment – though I do need to start watching what I eat a little better :D
