Perhaps it’s not the serving sizes I have trouble with… but more the “Servings per pack” issue that is common in… well, yoghurt. Yoghurt, and now I see, frozen yoghurt.
1.25 servings per pack?? Sure, I’ll leave a fifth of a small container for another day to stay within the serving size. Or just eat it and feel the guilt of that extra serve. Or feel mislead about the number of calories in it…
