Off the Chocolate

April 18, 2009 · 0 comments

Unfortunately, it looks like I won’t be eating chocolate for awhile. *sulks* It seemed to be upsettling my stomach over the Easter weekend, and then when I had a mini mars bar yesterday, my tummy wasn’t happy at all for the rest of the afternoon.

It may not be the chocolate only, but I’ll start there and see if I feel better. So chocolate and I are on a break for term 2. Meh.

I also really should get aground to getting my flu shot next week. Because, as I always say “Kids are germ-bags”.

That stinks =( I started to avoid dairy products earlier this year bc I think I am lactose intolerant… I can eat it, but like you… it upsets my tummy! =(

well looking at the stats for Asians in the US, I’m not surprised if you are!

I seem to be okay on general dairy – last night I had icecream fine, so I’m hoping that I can just ditch the chockie for now :)And hoping that I can reintroduce a sort of chocolate later.

The Easter chocolate really hurt my tummy too, and I didn’t have that much. I think it all gets used to healthy food and doesn’t tolerate the bad stuff any more. Which is kind of good but no fun at the same time *humpf*.

Pretty much. Actually I’m at the point of hoping it’s “just” chocolate and I don’t have to start mucking around with how much dairy I can have etc etc. Had some yoghurt berry puddings for dessert and I’m hoping that my stomach’s not actually unsettled…
