It’s one of those weeks at work. Half way though term, racing towards mid-year, and everyone is walking around in a tired daze. Not completely dazed, they’re still churning through their work, rushing from client to client, tapping out reports at 8am, over lunch or after five… with the part-timers starting to take work home, silly things!

I’ve reached a different point. You know the point where you get busy so you start doing other tasks that have been put off, and really could be put off a little longer? Like cleaning the house, or my desk and case list in this case. Piles for shredding and recycling, along with filing so that I can discharge some kids.

On the plus side, it’s easier to focus when your numbers say 88 than when they say 106.
