What’s in the Box?
Finally made it home about 6.30, to a cute little present box…
Ooh Soy Creamy Cooking milk. Two tins, won through Not Quite Nigella… I’m so trying this tonight! (They don’t yet stock it at the local Woothworths at Weston Creek, so if I like it, I’ll have to ask them to get it in!)

Tasted fine, not soyish, and nice to have creamy without the dairy! Probably should have added more garlic to the recipe…

We did like it :) need to alter the recipe to have more flavour in it – we’ll see how it goes we might try it in Coconut Sago or something yummy like that!

I think it’s really cool that a mainstream brand like this would branch out into dairy-free alternatives… I sure hope it makes it over to the states some day!
