Turning of the Leaves

Red Autumn

I love Autumn in Canberra. I love the seasons here. No, I don’t really care for the sub-zero mornings of winter, but I love how pretty they are. I love how we have a real turn of the leave here, not something I had in Newcastle.

It’s beautiful.

Plus there’s new blooms, too!

Beautiful shots! Although the house I’m in was 2 degrees this morning, so it was hard to feel the Autumn love then… :P

this is my absolute favourite time of year!

I LOVE all the leaves changing and feeling the crunch of them under my shoe. Can’t wait to make a big pile to jump in.

I’d love winter SO much more if I lived in a house that didn’t turn into an icebox for 3 months ;)

Is that top one a poinsettia? Looks similar, but that’s a Christmas plant, isn’t it?
