My's Vietnamese, Weston Creek
My favourite! Rice noodles with veges and tofu

I could eat this dish once a week and not get sick of it. In fact, I think it did that last winter! My’s Vietnamese at Cooleman Court is a short walk and even shorter drive from work (and now from my house) so I was very happy to drag the family there for dinner when they visited.

I love ordering a vege only dish or two

Dishes there range from about $10 – $15 , very good value in my books!

Chicken curry

I have to say though, that I’m sticking too my noodles at the top there, even though everything was delish :) Old habits die hard! I have a colleague who only ever gets the laksa (it’s also awesome, I’d recommend the seafood laksa. Think it’s $15), another who always gets spring rolls!

Ah, I’d forgotten about this place – it’s fantastic! I remember choosing it for my birthday dinner several years aog when I was on a pho kick, and then my brother and I took my grandma there a year or so ago for her birthday (pretty awesome choice by an over-90-year-old) and I had some sort of amazing spicy prawn soup that had pineapple in it…

Must head back there soon, thanks for the reminder :)

Not exactly sure tofu is healthy once it’s fried!
