So, the power of word of mouth marketing drew to my attention Mueslimixer a little company in Melbourne who hit the nail on the head by creating a pick and mix system to customise muesli to suit you!
“Muesli for phona” – oats, psyllium husk, pepitas, cashews, dates and cranberries. Nommies heated!
They have a range of bases (including gluten free), fruits, nuts and little extras, like extra oats or wheat pillows. It gives you a running price and you add and subtract ingredients until you find the blend you want. Perfect for those of us who always find something in the supermarket mixes that we just don’t want in there (or find ourselves adding extra in!). They even have some popular mixes for those who go blank at having to choose!

Oooh, I’ve seen customised muesli (and even build-your-own muesli bar) companies in the US, but had no idea there was a similar company in Australia too. Mucho excitement times!
Is it possible to be in love with muesli? Because I think I’m in love with my mix, lol.
