In which she trials a mostly-gluten-free diet

Well, cutting out and finding replacements for all those OMG I’m just wheat products.

To see how I go. I’m not going stress too much if there isn’t a suitable option to fit with it. Because stressing about it will only make it worse.

I think it’s working for me.

It’s not not working.

(I also haven’t had diet coke in about 5 weeks. That must be good for me too, hey?)

Plus the bread from my bread maker tastes like the olive oil I put in it :) Bonus!

See how this goes. Looking for blogs of course to steal ideas from. ;)

(Oh and first time lucky, I liked the packet mix Orgran gluten free bread mix. Nice to start off well.)

Wow, that looks pretty impressive for gluten-free bread made at home! High five, m’dear! Oh, and I completely agree/support making a decision like this but knowing that getting obsessive about it won’t help at all. Here’s to easy-breezy approaches to life (something I need to work on myself too ;) )

Deek’s Bakery is good for all things Gluten Free and the Country Life Bakery bread is good, if somewhat expensive.
are two Canberra bloggers following a GF diet.

    Good luck!

Oh I yeah, liked the Country Life bread, but pricey! Might try to create my own fruit loaf.

What do you think?
