Hello, Spring!

Sydney Flowers

Out of winter already, blossoms are blooming, days getting longer and a little warmer, freckles appearing on my arms. Spring is here and I’m bouncy and motivated.

Motivated to get to the gym each day. To walk in the fresh air to and from work. To eat more fruit. To work towards getting back under the 70kg mark (I hate talking numbers, but might as well put it out there) before summer. To drink lots of water and less coffee. To smile more. To work hard at uni.

And to wear more colours

  2. Ahh I remember 70kg… that’s two kids, probably about 8 years, and much lazyness ago. Can’t say I’m aiming for 70 for summer but I certainly have a number of my own (that I’m too scared to say out loud) that I’m going to go for. You can do it!
    I’ve just got to get off the lounge..

    On a related note, I’m having trouble getting the pedometer to recognise my steps properly. I think it’s because my jeans don’t stay put, I’ll keep playing with it until I figure it out (hopefully by Tuesday so I can have a reasonably accurate number to record for the challenge).
