So, I made it to 30, hey?

A decade.

A decade ago, I was mid way into my Speech Pathology degree.

Thinking about moving out of home, but not quite there yet.

Hating my adult pracs, but loving the paediatric ones, just wanted to get through the degree.

A degree that would take a little longer to do,

But I’d keep learning lots along the way.

Moving to Canberra.

Forging my “Adult” life.

Still trying to find that “identity” that is me.

Finding my niche as a school aged speechie.

Thinking.

Not stopping learning. About myself, about the things I love.

Constantly challenging myself.

It doesn’t always work out as planned.

But after some tears,

I pick myself up (or get packed up), dust myself off

And start over or keep going!

It’s going to be another interesting 10 years ahead.
