Vary Your Diet
It is rare that people think about changing up their diet in the name of improved oral health, but it is actually one of the most powerful things you can do. Your diet has a direct impact on your oral health, so it makes sense to put a special effort into including as many vitamins, minerals and so on in your daily diet. Replace your brush once every two to three months at least, or as soon as the bristles become worn.
