Ergh, some people crap on about different foods and herbs boosting your immunity, but from a scientific standpoint there's nothing that I've learned (so far) that does anything specific for the immune system other than a complete diet and excercise.
If ginger and garlic were so great you might think indonesia would have a lower rate of disease.
But your major immune system killers are stress, poor sleep, poor nutrition.

ugh I think I had a sniffle of some sort from February through to June, accented with feeeling properly sick in May and maybe March at points. I'm not as bad as in May now, it's just persisting, which is why I caved and went in to the drs. I had hoped it would clear up.

I was healthy is January and for the month of July. Both sunny warm months for me with minimal stress, work and contact with children.

Is there a vegetable I can eat that will make me immune to children while warming up my body? Is it ginger?

(but yes, all suggestions taken seriously at this stage. Hopefully this will clear up this week, and by the end of next week I'll be back into my routine etc. I'm GOING TO BE HEALTHY IN SEPTEMBER. *grins* But I did eat differently in Greece. Lots of fresh salads and bread and yoghurt for breakfast, bread with every dinner. Olive oil! And I think I drank wine pretty well every day. But spent every day in the sun, feeling warm and relaxed. So many factors here.)

Dude, you have like no immune system.
I had no immune system, then a dietitian found out I had an alergy to dairy. Cut the dairy, grew an immune system.
Moral to the story: see a dietitian. Might help, might not, but dude, you're sick too much to not consider the option.

I'm not a big fan of soup. However I am a big fan of marmite on toast when sick. I think it's the strong flavour, it always tastes good no matter when my throat and sinuses are doing. And I like my toast undercoked so it's never scratchy. Mmm marmite.

Last time I opened the CityNews ... which was months ago now, it had quite a lot of cosmetic surgery ads. Seems anything with a manuka market gets it

Well, the next time you're all flirty and "geographically single", stop by Houston. ;) No, I know I'm far too old for you, but I have younger friends with horrible Texas accents that need to be corrected.

I find Target to be all over the shop for sizes, but I'm an odd shape.
Why ffs can't they invent NEW things in fashion? Jesus, when they're bringing back FLANNEL everyone in the design industry needs to be shot and replaced with robots. Perhaps even they have a better chance at coming up with something original through programing error. /end rant
Heheheh, "beasts".

Now, there's the difference between men and women. Most men would be more than happy to teach someone ten, or more, years their junior "the ropes", as it were.

Oh, and enjoy the lack of a need for a sleep pattern when you're young. That kind of behavior at my age would end with me having a psychotic break!
