Yums! And easy to make :) All I had to do was beat two eggs, mix in some oil (I used out rather than bothering about melting margerine or whatever) and mix and cook. Shame I haven’t got used to this oven yet, a little dark in parts…
As for the Brownies, well they went down very well :) Made them up to take away the other weekend to the coast.
A little tricker to make with the chocolate melting, but worth it. Still, can’t eat too much of either, too much sugar for my tummy still :(
Anyone going to the Gluten free expo on Saturday at the Woden Southern Cross Club?
These packet mixes were sent to me to try by Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies. I know you can buy some of the range at Woolies, and I’m sure other places.

That looks really good! My sister in law can’t eat gluten, and I really like her corn pasta.
I’ve only tried one GF pasta so far, and it was fine – san remo spaghetti.
I feel silly, because I know I have a box of Melissa’s SOMETHING in my cupboard but can’t remember what! Might be the lemon curd. or maybe it’s caramel tarts? I hope it’s the lemon curd ones, actually, because they look gooooood.
I have a few more to go :)
oh and they’d be nicer not burnt!
I can’t find the lemon curd delights anywhere! I crave lemon tart & these might be the answer.
