In years gone past, workplace team building activities meant an outing somewhere fun. Whether it was mini-golf, laser tag, paintball, escape rooms, bowling, dinners, lunches – the list goes on.
Yet, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way the world works, with many workplaces shifting to remote and flexible working practices. This means that team building activities have had to shift online as well.
But this doesn’t mean they can’t still be a fun and effective way of building morale and allowing teams to bond through fun activities.
