Morning walk, part of my ritual. Part of my sanity. Now adjusted to include an apple or other piece of fruit, to keep my stomach from eating itself before I can properly hit up breakfast.
Lots of long, head-clearing walks. Taking in the natural things around me. The colours. The perfumes. The little insects. They make me smile. And breathe a little easier.
Started the day with a walk around Holder and Duffy… I think I saw the first Kookaburra since I’ve been in Canberra! Finished the day with a run around the bridges with Rish. 5k, and back under 30mins (29:49)! Even with the wind. eeps.
